Yoga practice provides a unique opportunity for integrating the body, mind and spirit in the present moment each and every time we roll out our mats, take a deep breath, and simply begin….
As a first time yoga student, or an individual with an ongoing practice, enjoy a class series exploring the foundational principles of the exquisite art and science of the eight limbs of the tree of Yoga: internal and external disciplines; postures; breath work; sensory focus; concentration; awareness and meditation. Mats and props provided.

Yoga Flow 2, A Class Series
Thursdays 6 – 7:30pm
March 25 – May13, 2010 (8 Classes)
Fee: $75 for the eight class session
Class Location: The Academy of Performing Arts, 392 Butterfield Road, Chino Valley
Enjoy a fun and invigorating Hatha yoga class featuring instruction in optimal alignment of the body in basic yoga postures (asana) sequenced in a simple flow style to generate heat (tapas), build balance skills and quiet the mind.
Each class will include a combination of standing, seated and lying asana with intelligent options to adjust the level of challenge as needed for a safe and fulfilling practice. Training in Yoga Basics is recommended prior to participation in flow style classes.
Enjoy professional instruction in a cozy wood floor studio. Mats and props provided.
