New Yoga Class – Arthritis Therapy

Health in Motion is pleased to announce a new integrative class series, Yoga as Therapy for Arthritis. Classes will begin January 18, 2010 and the signup deadline is Friday Jan. 15. More details can be found on the Yoga Page.
Hi I am interested in taking a class for Arthritis Therapy. Are the classes ongoing or do they start at a specific date. Please let me know as I am serious about learning Yoga. I have no previous experience besides reading on it.
